Most excellent service! Saw the restaurant from the left side while driving opposite direction, so I had to turn around and it was definitely worth coming to eat at! Jaime G. was the most polite and courteous server! He checked in on us, and made sure our food was good and came back to the table right away when we needed to go cups for milkshakes we didn’t finish. Had a wonderful time for our first experience! Thank you Jaime G. for being such a kind person. We will remember the time we stopped in Ruby’s Diner and have a great memory to look back on.

We travel to California from Washington state once a year and we always make sure to stop at Rubys in Laguna and sit on their upper patio if available. Food is always delicious and service is always exceptional. We will definitely keep coming back year after year.

Hands down one of the best restaurants I’ve ever been to. The staff is genuinely happy, the atmosphere is so fun. I don’t think I’ve enjoyed a diner like this in years they really embody the 1950s feel with incredible food.

We were tired and hungry after beach time and were excited to find out Ruby's was open and nearby! Hannah was our server and she was friendly and really took great care of us!! Everything we ate was delicious and the portions are huge!! Ambience is a classic 50's diner.........we love that!!

Great stop! Several antique cars out front. Great atmosphere & great food! Our group of 6 were all extremely satisfied and had a variety of different meals, drinks, and desserts!!

Great place, that took me back to the sixties with the music and atmosphere collection of old timers cars outside, good service and smiling waiters., very nice rooftop and close to the ocean.

Great retro dinner with excellent service and delicious food. All employees were beyond kind, they set up a heater since it was getting cold at the terrace. And were always attentive if we needed anything. Food is great. Try the Hyckory burger, it’s delicious! The place looks like a 50’s dinner with the vintage cars outside. We loved it!
